Return Policy Details

Eligible Items

Most items purchased from Kids World are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached and original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Underwear, socks, and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged
  • Gift cards
  • Items purchased more than 30 days ago

Refund Processing

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account depending on your financial institution.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please indicate this on your return form. If the item you want is in stock, we'll ship it to you as soon as we process your return. If the item is out of stock, we'll issue a refund or store credit.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (such as sending the wrong item or a defective product). If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team for a prepaid return shipping label.
